Clear expectations, from the start

Fees, supplies & gratuities.

Your event deserves a quote you can understand. Use this guide to see which details to confirm, so the staffing, supplies, hours, and payment terms are clear before you book.

The people and their hours

Your proposal identifies the number and type of professionals, guest-facing service hours, and any setup, cleanup, training, or coordination time included. Clarify extended hours before service begins.

What arrives with the team

Service-only staffing and a beverage experience can have different inclusions. Confirm bar equipment, ice, mixers, syrups, garnishes, glassware, serving supplies, and which items your venue or caterer provides.

The total and its terms

Review the quoted total, any applicable additional charges, gratuity arrangements, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any scope changes. We will discuss the event-specific terms rather than treating a general guide as your agreement.

Helpful answers

Before you book.

What determines my event staffing quote?

The roles and number of staff, service hours, event location and date, setup and cleanup time, menu complexity, equipment, and supplies can affect your quote. Specialist talent and multi-day assignments are reviewed individually.

Are gratuities or service charges included?

Your proposal should state whether any service charge or gratuity is included, optional, or additional. Do not assume the terms are the same for every event; ask us to confirm them before accepting the quote.

Who provides alcohol, mixers, ice, and glassware?

Clients provide the alcohol. Equipment, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies depend on the selected service. Your quote will state what is included and what you or the venue will provide.

What are the deposit, cancellation, and additional-hour terms?

The booking proposal or agreement sets out the payment schedule, date-reservation requirements, cancellation terms, and any additional-hour rates. Confirm the full scope and these terms before booking; this guide does not replace your event agreement.
